Aethro Listings Rules

• Offline Status Policy for Minecraft Servers: Minecraft servers must maintain active status. Servers offline for two consecutive weeks will be marked for deletion. Reapplication is required for relisting.
• Content Standards: Listings must adhere to respectful and inclusive language. Vulgar, rude, or derogatory content is prohibited and will result in removal.
• Accurate and Honest Representation: Listings must provide truthful descriptions. Misleading information may lead to removal.
• Ownership Verification: Only server owners or authorized representatives may create listings. Verification may be required.
• Intellectual Property Compliance: Listings must not infringe on intellectual property rights. Violations will result in removal and further action.
• Advertising Guidelines: Promotional content must align with Aethro's mission. Spam-like behavior or excessive self-promotion is not allowed.
• Reporting Violations: Users may report inappropriate listings. Reports will be reviewed promptly, and actions will be taken as needed.
• Community First Approach: Behavior undermining a positive environment will result in warnings, removal, or suspension.
• Server Downtime Extensions: Prolonged offline periods require prior notification to request extensions, granted at the discretion of the moderation team.
• Prohibited Content: Listings promoting illegal activities, NSFW material, or harassment will be removed immediately.
• Language Requirements: Listings must be in English to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Listing Updates: Keep listings updated. Outdated information may result in removal.
• Duplicate Listings: Duplicate entries for the same server or service are prohibited.
• Moderation Rights: Aethro reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove inappropriate listings.
• Community Feedback: Constructive feedback about listings is encouraged but must remain respectful.
• Appeals Process: Appeals for listing removal or user bans can be submitted within 30 days.
• Adherence to Platform Policies: All users and listings must follow Aethro's platform policies, terms of service, and privacy guidelines.
